Our Impact
Helps municipalities prioritize and address community issues
Provides residents with clear reference numbers for follow-up
Creates a public record of reported issues and resolution times
Encourages faster response times through transparency
Independence & Transparency
While we work closely with municipalities to resolve reported issues, StreetFix SA remains an independent platform. We are not affiliated with any municipal authority. Our role is to:
Facilitate easy reporting of community issues
Forward reports to the appropriate municipal departments
Maintain a public record of all reports and their status
Provide transparency in the resolution process
Remember: StreetFix SA doesn't fix the reported issues - we ensure your reports reach the right people who can fix them.
